(TSX:EMC) ("the Company") announces that further to the closing of the reorganization of the Company and related spinout of Golden Predator Royalty & Development Corp., Barry Rayment has resigned as a Director of the Company. Steve Vanry, and William Sheriff have also resigned from their positions as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company, respectively. 

The Company is pleased to announce the appointments of Peter Bosse as Director and President, Paul Matysek as Director, Art Ettlinger as Director, and Cliff Nelson as Chief Operating Officer.
